Sean Solon, Advisor
Sean joined the Tomlinson Alliance Group Financial team in the winter of 2009 after 8 years as a Sports Performance Coach and Long Term Planning Specialist. During those 8 years, Sean trained and consulted both amateur and professional athletes and teams. Looking for a new challenge, Sean brought his knowledge for long term planning and his passion for helping others achieve their goals to the financial services industry. Sean completed his Life Licence Qualification Program (LLQP) course through Oliver’s Learning Academy. He has a goal to begin his studies for The Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation in 2012. Twyla began her career in the financial services industry in 2006 specializing in debt elimination and debt management. Hu Brietkopf, Associate Advisor
Hu brings a number of unique services to the Tomlinson Alliance Group Financial Team having a specialty in debt management for 4 years before broadening his portfolio to include insurance. Hu joins Tomlinson Alliance Group Financial in 2011 by again adding another layer to his knowledge bank by being able to help people both at home as well as in the corporate world through corporate benefits. Alan Kwong, Associate Advisor
Alan began his financial services career in 2008 as an advisor with Manulife Financial. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Sciences degree from UBC in the field of Electrical and Computer Engineering. Having been in technology for over nine years, Alan was drawn to financial services for it’s faster pace and entrepreneurial spirit. Tara Gibson, Mortgage Broker
Tara joined the Tomlinson Alliance Group Financial team as a Mortgage Broker in the spring of 2010. For two years prior Tara was working as a Welcome Centre Manager in the Athletes Village during the 2010 Winter Olympic Games in Vancouver. Previously Tara worked as an assistant in a Political Office; during which she graduated from University with a bachelor degree and spent a few months traveling Thailand. Looking for a challenge and a career that would realize her experience with client support services and showcase her attention to detail and her loyal and trustworthy personality, she was licensed as a Mortgage Broker through the University of British Columbia. Helen Norman, Mortgage Broker
Helen joined Tomlinson Alliance Group Financial as a mortgage broker in July 2010. After 10 years working for the Coquitlam School District, she is very excited to have this new challenge. Her experience as a volunteer for Canuck Place Children’s Hospice for over 7yrs has given her a passion for helping people. Helen’s personal goal is to not only find her clients the best rates and products, but to also keep the process as simple and efficient as possible in order to save them the frustration involved with trying to shop the mortgage market and negotiate rates on their own.
